Noodle House is a Japanese ramen restaurant in a small alley near Sillim's Charosugil in Seoul, serving pork- and chicken-based broth ramen. The pork broth ramen and chicken broth ramen come topped with chashu and a soft-boiled egg, with pickled radish and chili on the side. Orders are placed at a kiosk at the entrance, and the owner runs the place alone, so food takes time to arrive. The interior is a small U-shaped space seating about ten people, and the broth is very thick, as if pork bones were boiled down, making it heavy for those sensitive to saltiness and richness.
