Manyang Sundaeguk is a gukbap restaurant in Seoul that serves sundaeguk and someori gukbap. Its sundaeguk uses a red, non-clear broth with dadegi and perilla seed powder, and contains more head meat and offal such as gopchang than sundae. Boiled innards come as a basic side, with liver and lungs sometimes added, and the cheolpan sundae can be stir-fried with rice. The broth is light and plain rather than rich and spicy.
