Ihaengchun Sushi is a small conveyor-belt sushi shop in Seoul that sells sushi, udon, and soba in front of a bus stop. Every plate of sushi costs the same regardless of type, and udon or soba can be ordered alongside it. The shop accepts takeout orders, soup and water are self-service, and fresh wasabi, soy sauce, and takuan sit on the tables. The conveyor moves slowly, so waiting for a particular fish sushi to come around takes a long time.
