JungSookSung Sillim Sharosu-gil is a Korean barbecue restaurant on Sharosu-gil near Seoul National University Station Exit 2 that serves aged pork and highballs. Staff pre-cook cuts such as tomahawk, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and pork collar, then slice and grill them at the table, with salted herring roe and naengmyeon (cold noodles) served alongside. Suction vents on all four sides of the table reduce smoke and odor, kimchi stew comes as a basic dish, and ordering is done by tablet with electronic waiting. On weekends there is a long wait.
