Hwaryong Jujeom sits in Charosugil near Seoul National University Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and serves pressure-cooker dakdoritang with a range of anju in a Hong Kong-style setting. The signature hwadoritang adds a whole flower crab to spicy dakdoritang, while the pressure-cooker hanwoo gopdoritang comes with daechang (beef large intestine) and flat glass noodles. The Hong Kong-style interior has neon signage and soft lighting, and Kirin draft beer is available. The sweet egg toast tops fluffy egg with a sweet sauce, and the gopdoritang portion is large.
