Geujip Dwaeji

Geujip Dwaeji is a meat restaurant near Seoul National University Station that serves pre-grilled pork. The menu includes samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, gabrisal, and pork jowl, and staff grill the meat for customers. Orders are placed on a tablet at each table, and in the evening the wait can run about 30 minutes, with fans in the waiting area. The meat becomes greasy as you eat, and the side dishes and salt do not go well with the meat.
