Dure Hanpan Sogalbisal

Durehanpan Sogalbisal is a Seoul restaurant specializing in beef short rib meat. It grills 400 g and 200 g portions of aged saeng sogalbisal and 200 g portions of aged yangnyeom galbisal over charcoal, with ssam vegetables and side dishes available at a self-service bar. The vegetables and side dishes at the bar can be refilled without limit. Soju and beer are also served with the grilled meat.
