Dalgob

Dalgop is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant at the entrance to Syarosugil in Seoul, serving grilled gopchang, makchang (beef abomasum), and yeomtong. The menu includes modum, chadol, bokkeumbap, and the gopchang is served already grilled. Gopchang-jeongol is also available, while seonji-guk comes as a basic side dish and the grill uses induction heating. The gopchang tastes similar to that at other restaurants and is not especially distinctive.
