Bonjeon Sundaeguk

Bonjeon Sundaeguk is a traditional sundae-guk restaurant in Seoul that serves sundae-guk and suyuk. The sundae-guk comes with head meat and cuts of suyuk by part, and side dishes include raw onion, mu saengchae, kongnamul muchim, and kimchi. The broth is rich and the head meat is soft.
