Yamata Udon

Yamatani Udon is an udon specialty shop inside Haengdang Market in Seoul. Its main dishes are bukkake and chikuwa tempura, and the noodles are boiled to order from fresh dough. The noodles are wide and chewy, served with kelp vinegar for a sour note. Seating is limited, so there is a long wait at lunch.
