Xiong Mao

Siongmao is a modern Chinese restaurant on the third floor in Seongsu, serving beef noodle soup, yuxiang eggplant, and chicken fried rice. The hongshao beef noodle soup gets its flavor from wagyu and chicken, and the yuxiang eggplant comes in a thin fried coating with a sweet and spicy sauce. The open kitchen lets you watch the cooking, and panda decorations are placed throughout the restaurant. The yuxiang eggplant's sauce is heavy and on the salty side.
