Westside

Westside is an Italian restaurant in the alleys of Seongsu 1-ga in Seongsu, Seoul, serving fresh pasta with wine. It makes aglio olio, tomato mascarpone, carbonara, and ragù pasta with chewy fresh noodles in the traditional way. After moving from Mangwon to Seongsu, the space became larger, and the owner handles serving alone. The carbonara uses Parmigiano Reggiano instead of Pecorino Romano, so the cheese aroma is relatively mild.
