Hergé Bakery

Erje is a takeout bakery five minutes on foot from Exit 2 of Seongsu Station in Seoul. It makes campagne, ciabatta, jambon-beurre, salt bread, and croissants with organic wheat flour. Each bread is wrapped individually in parchment paper, and customers can eat in the second-floor cafe after ordering one menu item per person. The shop is small with no seating available, and in the late afternoon the selection of bread shrinks or sells out.
