Gopssibeo Yu

Gopssibeoyu is a gopchang restaurant in Ttukdo Market near Seongsu Station in Seoul. It serves grilled gopchang and gopdori-tang, with gopchang filled with gop and plump, chewy daechang as the main dishes. The restaurant gives a large amount of vegetables to grill along with the meat, serves miyeok-guk as a basic side, and offers several kinds of sauce. Makchang is crispy and less greasy, and the gopdori-tang broth is rich and clean.
