Dodohanmyeon

Dodohanmyeon is a Japanese restaurant in an alley near Seongsu Station in the Seongsu cafe district, serving house-made udon. Its chikutama bukake udon is topped with chiku, tempura, and tamago, then mixed with tsuyu aged for 48 hours. The noodles are boiled for 18 minutes, there is no break time, and a waiting area is provided. Table spacing is narrow, so seating is close to the next table.
