Sogobdang

Sogopdang is a gopchang grill restaurant in Seoul that specializes in grilled beef intestines. The beef gopchang, packed full, is grilled once over heat before serving, and it comes with pa kimchi and sundubu. Staff light the grill at the table and bring out the fried rice already cooked, so it is eaten almost immediately. One owner handles the floor alone, so service can be slow.
