Seongbuk Gurip Misulgwan is Seoul’s first autonomous district public art museum, located in Seongbuk-dong. Its exhibitions focus on modern and contemporary Korean art, including works by Yoon Jungsik, Park Soo-keun, and Lee Jung-seob, and admission is free. The exhibitions occupy two floors, and weekday mornings are usually quiet. The museum is small, so it takes little time to see the exhibitions.
