Sapporo Tuna

Sapporo Chamchi is a Japanese restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving tuna and sushi. The fatty tuna belly platter comes with oily, marbled cuts and sushi on the side. The special menu starts with sweet shrimp, sea urchin, negitoro and scallop sashimi as an appetizer, followed by tuna sashimi after the sushi. The cuts center on tuna belly, so there are not many side dishes.
