Park Seobangne Do Yaji

Bakseobangne Dodoyaji is a meat restaurant in Busan that serves gochujang samgyeopsal and samgyeopsal barbecue. The pork belly is grilled on a griddle with bean sprouts, scallions and kimchi, and it cooks while turning on a rotisserie like lamb skewers. The owner-built rotating barbecue machine grills the meat, which gives it a leaner taste with the fat rendered out. The meat is sliced thinner than before, so it holds less juice and the flavor falls short.
