Kumano Sushi

Kumano Sushi in Jeonpo serves sushi and kaisei-dong from a quiet counter. The special sushi set includes flounder, sea bream, salmon, tuna, shrimp, akami, abalone, egg and eel, and one item tops raw shrimp with ankimo. A chef with 20 years of experience explains each fish and serves house-made soy sauce and sauces made in-house. The restaurant opens four days a week for four hours a day, so timing a visit takes planning.
