GUDORO TONGDAK

Gudoro Tongdak Seomyeonjeom is a chicken restaurant at the entrance to Seomyeon Gonggusangageori, serving electric-roasted and smoked whole chicken. Its signature dish, nurungji tongdak, presses sticky rice cooked inside the chicken onto a heated iron plate until it forms scorched rice. The skin is crisp, the meat is tender, and the dish comes with the scorched rice. Draft beer is served in an ice-filled glass.
