Goseong Silbi

Goseong Silbi is an old drinking spot in Jeonpo, Busan, serving suyuk made from different cuts of beef head along with various anju. The beef head suyuk comes with gomtang broth, and yukhoe and gajami jjim can also be ordered. The basic banchan is enough to accompany a bottle of liquor, and the broth is eaten as anju as well. The owner reheats and refills the broth while you eat.
