Gob-Aensun

Gop & Sun is a Korean restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving gopchang jeongol and sundae jeongol. Its signature combination adds daechang and handmade sundae, with udon noodles or bokkeumbap on the side. You can ask for extra perilla seed powder and perilla leaf, and after takeout the rice is sometimes fried. The jeongol is also eaten as an accompaniment to soju.
