Dutum Salmon

Dutumyeoneo is an izakaya in Busan serving aged salmon, salmon hoe, nabe, and hot-pot dishes. Diners can choose between very red, chewy aged salmon and snowflake salmon, and the restaurant provides sushi for them to make themselves. Soju can be served as a slushie, and fried salmon is sometimes provided as a complimentary dish. Salmon dishes come in small portions, so two diners need an additional order.
