Pho Bay Severance

Fobay Severance Cancer Hospital Branch is a Vietnamese restaurant on the basement first floor dining area of Yonsei Cancer Hospital in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. It serves both set meals and individual dishes, including beef pho and seafood fried rice. The pho broth is sometimes flavorful but at other times has gone cold. Tables and the surrounding area need cleaning.
