Jangho Wang Gopchang in Seodaemun, Seoul, is a restaurant that serves gopchang and kimchi stew. The kimchi stew, made with well-fermented kimchi and roughly cut pork, boils spicy and sharp, and jjalla is available only at lunch as a separate order. The restaurant has continued from its earlier days in Seosomun, and a visit record shows that at 11:30 a.m. there was no wait to eat. By noon the line grows long and the seating is uncomfortable.
