Choegoui Jip Haemul Jjim & Kalguksu

Choe-go-ui Jip Haemul Jjim & Kalguksu is a restaurant by Hongjecheon in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving bajirak kalguksu, pat kalguksu, and haemul jjim. A bowl of kalguksu comes with barley rice and yeolmu mulkimchi before the meal, and sugar for the pat kalguksu is added to taste. The bajirak kalguksu contains a large amount of clams, and the noodles have a chewy texture. The clams are sometimes not fully purged of sand.
