Doju

Doju: Dotgabi Sable is a bar in Sinchon, Seoul, serving dishes such as mala galbi jjim and a grilled beef rib platter, along with soju and bokbunja distilled liquor. The space follows a dokkaebi concept, mixing modern and traditional elements with dark lighting and warm light. The mala galbi jjim contains boneless pork ribs, fenmian, fuzhu, and rice cakes. Food takes a long time to arrive, which interrupts the pace of the meal.
