Sushi Shouya

Sushi Shouya is a sushi and sashimi restaurant in Bangbae-dong, Seoul. The sushi selection changes with ingredient supply, and the ratio of shari to neta is adjusted accordingly. Meals come with tonjiru and chawanmushi, and the tsurashi bento is filled generously with sashimi. The samchi has a strong smoked aroma.
