Hoetteoyu

Hoetteoyu is a seafood restaurant in Banpo-dong, Seoul, that serves aged hoe. Its mixed aged hoe comes with uni, abalone sukhoe muchim, and algoni sundubu tang, and each hoe is served with an explanation of how and in what order to eat it. The restaurant runs entirely on reservations made through CatchTable, and dining is limited to two hours and thirty minutes. The exterior resembles a live fish hoe restaurant in a market, while the interior is decorated like a Japanese restaurant.
