Menya Tamashi

Menyatamashi is a ramen shop in Buldang-dong, Cheonan. It serves double karagucchi, made by mixing chicken broth and anchovy broth, along with toripaitan, and sides of stir-fried gat and rice. On weekday lunchtimes there is a wait, and customers wait outside after ordering. The shop has about 10 counter seats, and the samgyeop chashu in the double karagucchi is on the chewy side.
