Gungseoche

Gungseoche is a mandu jeongol restaurant near Seongseong Lake Park in Cheonan. Its gulim mandu have thin wrappers and come with sukju, baechu, cheonggyeongchae, and shabu beef, and the broth is chosen between a spicy version and a mild one. A self-service bar offers refills of salad and vegetables, and after the meal slushies and coffee are available without limit. The jeongol meat toughens if left too long, so it should be eaten quickly.
