Jurye Suyuk

Jurye Suyuk is a noodle shop in an alley in Jurye, Busan, directly in front of a public parking lot, serving kalguksu, milmyeon, and suyuk. Suyuk-kalguksu and bibim-milmyeon come with thinly sliced suyuk, and the shop is visited for milmyeon with suyuk in summer and kalguksu with suyuk in winter. Many customers take the suyuk to go, and it is sliced thin, while the kalguksu noodles are thin and chewy. The kalguksu broth is plain and flat like janchi-guksu rather than deep in flavor.
