Jangsuwon

Jangsuwon is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, fried rice, and tangsuyuk. Jjamppong is its main dish, and the fried rice comes in large portions, with chewy noodles and cooking done to order. A grandmother cooks the food and a grandfather delivers it nearby. The restaurant does not keep takeout containers, so customers must bring their own container for takeout.
