Igane

Igane is a small kalguksu shop in a Busan market serving seafood kalguksu and gimbap. Its broth is made with clams, and it is served with knife-cut noodles or hand-torn dough soup, green noodles, and yeolmu kimchi. The parents run the shop, which was formerly a Chinese restaurant, and the two of them now manage it with parking available. Order processing is slow.
