Sushi Sohei is an omakase sushi restaurant in Maruyama, Sapporo, a five-minute walk from Maruyama Koen Station. It serves a course from tsumami to nigiri using seasonal Hokkaido ingredients and neta selected from across Japan, and it changes the shari it uses. Photography of the tsumami is not allowed, and the fish names are explained in Korean and English. The seasoning is on the salty side, and certain neta have a strong fishy taste.
