BOUL'MICH

Boul'mich is a cafe-style pastry shop selling pancakes and cakes, located on the basement first floor of Tokyu Department Store, directly connected to Sapporo Station. The lineup centers on plain pancakes and ricotta pancakes, with berry, chocolate, and butter pancakes, plus combinations using seasonal fruit. On a weekday afternoon two people were waiting in line, and with what appears to be a single staff member running the shop, ordering takes time. Souffle pancakes are not currently sold.
