Sangam Gop

Sangam Gop is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Sangam-dong, Seoul, serving garlic gopchang and daechang (beef large intestine) as its main dishes. The intestines arrive partially cooked, so they can be eaten right away, and side dishes include scallion kimchi and buldak bokkeumyeon. The newly opened space is clean and spacious, with window seats that draw a crowd. Even on weekday evenings the restaurant fills up, so a wait is possible.
