Paen-Aenpo

PAN N Pho is on the basement first floor of Savoy City DMC in Sangam-dong, Seoul, and serves pho, fried rice, and chicken wings. The pho comes with beef brisket broth and lime, and there is a seafood pho and a beef belly fried rice; larger orders get extra noodles or vegetables. Ordering at the kiosk brings the food out quickly, and the self-service bar has cilantro, tea, and wet tissues. The seating is limited, so there is sometimes a wait.
