Handon

Handon is a meat restaurant in Sangam-dong, Seoul, where samgyeopsal and pork collar are grilled on a stone plate. The samgyeopsal is served with a green onion salad, and bean sprouts and kimchi are grilled alongside the meat. It opens for dinner only, and the owner handles both the kitchen and the serving alone. The dining room is small, seating about five people at round tables, and ordering is not easy.
