Sugung Galbi is a restaurant in Samseong 1-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in an alley next to Bongeunsa. It grills Hanwoo galbi and samgyeopsal (pork belly) over charcoal. At lunch it serves kimchi stew and kimchi jeongol made with raw meat and raw kimchi, and in the evening it serves thick raw sirloin and various cuts. The kimchi jeongol uses front leg meat, and the longer it boils the stronger the pork broth becomes while the kimchi taste stays mild.
