Soyon

Soyeon is a noodle restaurant in the food alley of Samseong-dong, Seoul, serving Andong guksi and mandu guk. The Andong guksi features thin, soft noodles in a sagol broth. At lunchtime the place is packed, and it operates out of a converted home. There is no parking, so a nearby paid parking lot must be used.
