Songgang Minmul Jangeo is a long-standing eel restaurant near Bongeunsa Station in Seoul that specializes in freshwater eel. It grills eel and serves it as salt-grilled eel and eel rice bowl. The eel rice bowl comes with eel soup, and the basic side dishes are on the plain side. The eel is small in size and portion, and the prices are high.
