Obaltan Samseong Branch

Obaltan Samseong is a yangdaechang restaurant near Samseong Jungang Station in Seoul that grills teukyang, daechang, and gopchang over charcoal. For the signature teukyang gui and daechang gui, staff grill the seasoned meat on a table charcoal grill from start to finish, and yangbap arrives on a hot stone plate with scorched rice formed at the bottom. The banchan include teukyang muchim and baek kimchi served in its own broth. Prices are on the high side.
