Myeong-In Deungsim

Myeongin Deungsim Samseong Jikyeongjeom is a second-floor meat restaurant across from Oakwood in Samseong-dong, Seoul, where hanwoo deungsim is grilled over charcoal on a wire grate. It serves hanwoo deungsim, hanwoo teukdeungsim, and hanwoo teukdeungsim jumulleok, with baekkimchi, mumallaengi muchim, and doenjangjuk on the side. The restaurant is almost fully booked even at 6 p.m. on weekdays, so reservations are required, and parking space is ample. Staff do not grill the meat for you all the way through.
