Morton's The Steakhouse Korea serves American-style steak on the second floor of the Westin Seoul Parnas, near Samseong Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The ribeye and sirloin are seared hard on the outside and cooked moist inside, and lunch also offers a burger and spaghetti. Guests take the stairs from the hotel lobby to the second floor, where full windows look out onto Bongeunsa, and lobster ravioli can be added to the lunch course. Even when the restaurant is not busy, service is hurried and menu explanations are sometimes lacking.
