Mainichi Ramen Niboshi

Mainichi Ramen Samseong Niboshi is a small ramen shop in a alley near Seonjeongneung Station in Seoul that serves seafood-broth ramen and abura soba. Its signature Mainichi Ramen is a dried-fish-based shoyu ramen with anchovy dashi aroma, topped with onion, spinach, and seaweed. Around ten people sit at a U-shaped open counter, orders are placed at a kiosk, and salt level can be chosen. The shop has few seats, so a wait forms.
