Harang

Harang is a donkatsu restaurant near Seolleung Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving deungsim katsu, hire katsu, and cheese katsu. Its signature dish is banban katsu, which places deungsim and cheese on one plate, with a thick fried coating and tender meat. Customers order first at a kiosk and receive rice, jangguk, and sauce together with the donkatsu. At lunch the space is small, so there is a long wait.
