Hana Shabu Jeong

Hanasyabujeong is a Japanese-style shabu-shabu restaurant in Samseong-dong, Seoul, serving individual portions of beef and pork shabu-shabu. The signature pork shabu-shabu involves cooking vegetables and meat in a clear broth, dipping them in three sauces, and finishing with udon. The restaurant opened in 1993 and moved to its current location in November 2022, operating with one pot and one seat per person. There is no parking, so arriving by car is inconvenient.
