Gilmok Singwan

Gilmmok Singwan is a pork restaurant near Exit 5 of Samseong Jungang Station, at the back gate of COEX in Seoul. It serves two-plus pork collar, special pork belly, pork skin, and pork jowl, and you can bring your own alcohol with no corkage fee. Staff grill the meat, but pork collar must be grilled by the diner after the initial searing, and onion salad and steamed egg come as basic side dishes. Voices from drinking parties carry loudly.
